- 1 1/2 cups Bob’s Red Mill almond meal
- 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Unsweetened Flaked Coconut
- 1/2 cup Bob’s Red Mill Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts of choice (almonds, pecans or walnuts)
- 1/2 cup Swerve Sweetener
- 1/3 cup Lily’s chocolate chips or other sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter or almond butter
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp cherry extract
